最近迷上的早餐-隔夜燕麥粥🥣

冬天的早晨想吃點暖呼呼的東西,於是乎前一天晚上把燕麥、奇亞子兑兩倍的豆漿泡好放在冰箱裡,隔天早上起來加熱一下,放上蜂蜜、肉桂粉、新鮮無花果,再撒上混合種子增加口感,懶人早餐完成✨
